We hope you love our products, but if there's an issue or you are not 100% satisfied with your items, we are happy to assist you with the returns. 

How To:

Once we received and approved your return request we will send you a return label via email, and this return shipping fee will be charged from your refund amount, usually $5-$10, depends on the weight of your item(s). You can print this label and securely attach it on the original package that you received the order, or use your own postal approved packaging, pack it well and drop it off at any United States Postal Service locations.

We check and pack all items carefully before shipping, but If you still received a damaged item, please contact us via email immediately with the proof images, our shipping team would be happy to assist you with either exchange or return.

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the delivered date, please contact us as soon as possible to make sure that your return gets processed smoothly.

We don't accept exchanges, please return your item(s) and place a new order if you'd like to switch to another item(s).

Once we received the item(s) and approved the return, a refund will be issued which may take some days to actually appear on your bank account, it depends on the processing speed of your bank.

Please Notes:

-All the masks, neck gaiters, bandanas are final sale, we can't accept returns on these items.

-We can't accept returns on customized products.

-Merchandise must not be worn, used, altered, or washed.

-Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, items that returned damaged or without their original packaging or tags may result in a delayed refund or may not qualify for a return.

-Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Bucket Popcorn monitors account activity and reserve the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on order or returns behavior.

Shipping

-How much does shipping cost?
The actual shipping cost depends on the item weight and your location, you will see calculated shipping fee at the checkout page.

USPS First Class Mail (3-5 business days depends on your location) : Cost Range $3-$7
USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days depends on your location): Cost Rage $8-$15
Free shipping on orders over $100 (US only)

-What happens if my package lost in transit?
If a package is shown as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier and then notify us within 14 days of the delivery date.
If it is determined that the package is lost due to mis-delivery by the carrier, we will replace your order. 
If the package is lost due to an incomplete, or incorrect address, we can not offer refunds or exchanges, all customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. In the event that a package is returned to us, you will pay an additional shipping fee in order for the package to be sent out again. 
If you find that your shipping address is incorrect, or that it has changed since you've last placed your order, please notify us with the order number and address. 

-How long is the order handling time?
Orders will be processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days except pre-order items.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will ship in-stock items first.

-Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes, but please notify us of the change soon as possible via sending an email to our customer service (info@bucketpopcorn.com) with your order number and correct address.

-Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately we can only ship to US and Canada at this moment, but we are working on it constantly to be able to ship to more countries in the future.
